STARLINE: Not a whole lotta Hawaii bands come through Fresno, so kick ass on this tonight with Mano Kane, plus three local bands making their debut:

THE BEL-TOWER: Portland folk punk band Mr. Plow is playing. Along with Thwartle and Dr. Heathen Scum. [8pm $5, All Ages]
