Happening Tonight: Music you never knew existed

I guess you gotta give it up to Audie's Olympic, the place brings in some different stuff. Sometimes we see bands come through there that we're all like "What in the hell is this, anyway?" Tonight is one of those times with Bob Wayne and the Outlaw Carnies.

What is this?
