What the fuck, Caltrans? Has anyone ever payed attention to the landscaping of the Shaw Avenue offramp? It's looked like it does now [see: above pic], since forever. You're telling me you've never had the budget to get some bushes or bark or those ice-plants or something? Highway 99 is as old as Bubba and yet Shaw has never been landscaped.
You think this would happen in the Bay Area? Or SacTown, LA or San Diego?...hell, Barstow? No damn way.
This is a major entryway to Fresno. Fix it!
