ArtHop is a great thing for Fresno and I appreciate some local art as much as the next guy. But, my favorite part of ArtHop is the music that happens after. This month's post-hop has two fine music choices.
Classic post show venue, Tokyo Garden, will have the always awesome band The Fay Wrays , post show mainstays Rademacher, SF buzz worthy Tartufi and SoCal's The Henry Clay People.
Also post-ing, the tiny but spunky venue Zapps Park, with a performance by Fresno's own The Aircrash, along with deejays JCatch and Will Burnham. And while we're here, look at that coolass flier for the Zapps Park show. DAMN that's cool. Nice one, Love, The Captive.
