Fresgeek Weekend: Ultra Pimp

Downtown's Fulton Mall gains "ultra" status this weekend with the grand opening of 2039 Ultra Lounge.

2039_postercopy3_2 Fresno favorites the Argyle Pimps and 40 Watt Hype will kick things off Friday night.  And rumor is, Fresnan blogging rivals Fresno Beehive will be there too.  Sounds like we need to show up and have a live blog war.

Also this weekend, something this Fresnan has been looking forward to: Fresno State baseball begins.  Beiden Field is revamped and ready for the Bulldogs run for Omaha.

SIDE NOTE: Hey!  Coach Batesole!  No slow starts this year dammit!
