Even if we get disappointed with turnouts sometimes, we still believe Fresno has a healthy music scene. You'll see that whenever this years F.U.S.E fest comes around and you'll see that this weekend with all the music happening:

FRIDAY

KUPPA JOES: Yo, it's Jeffery Conway, Sing The Body, Seattle indie rock band Garage Voice, Adam Pasion and Joey Vannucchi (member of Indian Lakes). [7:30 $7]

CLUB RETRO: [Update: This show is canceled but check it out anyway for funsies] Touring band Jet Black Horror will be headling (well, their picture is on the flier, so we're assuming...). Helping make the show complete is Your Hero Is A Villain , Carcosa and the Antioch Synopsis (Antioch? Really?) [7:00 $10]

FULL CIRCLE: Glen Delpit pretty much is always at Audie's on Fridays for happy hour...but in a playing music way, not getting drunkfaced way. Tonight is a little bit more special as he and the Subterraneans are having a CD release party at Full Circle Brew and we're all invited. [8:00 $10]

AUSTIN'S DOWNTOWN GRILL: Head on up the stairs to enjoy Karen Marguth w/Espacio and Eva Scow. [8:00 $7]

AUDIE'S OLYMPIC: Rock and metal will take over the couches and Audie's stage with Benny and the Vetts, Goat and Dead Hooker Society. [9:30 $5]

BABYLON CLUB:

JOE'S STEAKHOUSE: It's a venue for F.U.S.E and tonight it's a venue for Acoustic Highway. [7-9:00 Free]

STARLINE: Fern street is gonna go metal tonight with Synerza, [sic] Monic, Grooveyard and Violet Shore. [9:00 $6]

SATURDAY

TOKYO GARDEN: Yes, we've been waiting for this one, and even podcasting about it. It's finally here: Trumpet Solo CD Release Party. It'll Grow Back is there in punk style and so is the metal of Azazel:

SASQUATCH HOUSE: It's a house party. It's a mixtape party. It's a CD release party. It's a everything awesome party, with Elmo Marconi, Bridges, Portland band ICarus The Owl, Jonah and the Whale and Check Raised:

CLUB RETRO: Oh man, back to back shows for Club Retro and this one has a pretty big band Scary Kids Scaring Kids - you remember these guys, don't you, Exit riot fans?
