Here are just a few suggestions for another busy Friday night in Fresno:
ROGUE FESTIVAL: Hey now, it's not over yet. There is still time to catch up on what you've missed so far or hell, see something again. And now, courtesy of Edward Stewart, there is some extra Rogue drama, happening underneath the surface, to watch out for.
KUPPAJOE'S: What's up with this show at Kuppajoe's? All week we've been seeing a TV commercial, running on KMPH, about it. Since when have you ever seen a TV commercial for a Fresno band's show? Not complaining, just find it interesting. The band Radagun is the reason for all the hullabaloo as they are having their CD release show and giving away an autographed guitar. Also playing is Lovers Make Liars and Letterhead. [Time: 8 Cost: 5]
CLUB FRED/AUDIE'S OLYMPIC: Country and Rockabilly (Hey, promoting country, sure, what the fuck!?) will be the theme of the night with Reno's Hellbound Glory along with Texas band Eleven Hundred Springs and Northfork's own Bret Nielsen Band.
HERO'S SPORTS BAR: Ohh those Creative Fresnans; they sure like to drink. Hey, we do too, especially when they pick awesome places like Hero's Pizza and Sports Lounge to have their blenders at.
WHAT SAY YOU: Feel free to leave a comment about what you suggest a Fresnan does this Friday night (like go see Watchmen) or come back and tell us how things went.
Now how bouts some Kopi introducing Radagun on Great Day:
