Alright, so this may not be within Fresno's city limits, but it is on the valley floor in Fresno County.
Ya gives up? The Mendota Wildlife Area. It's an "area" and not a refuge, so hunters can go wild. Also means rattlesnakes can go wild on the hunters...that would be some cool shit to see.
